Telling the same old story,
dancing to the same old beats,
like a circuit in the mind,
that plays the same old piece.
Listening to the stories,
we have the same damn fears,
eating apples everyday,
we cry the same old tears.
Are we really living life,
or just circuits of the mind?
Can we act differently
or are we-- just too blind?
Are we just a bad habit
or just a normal routine?
Should we be left alone
or can the truth, be seen?
Is our life just a movie,
like the Matrix in our mind,
would you give a man the red pill,
or the blue-- to be kind?
