I try to avoid having to go into the city as much as possible. It's about 8.20a.m. NZ time here - we're on daylight saving - what time are you at in England right now?

At 11:54am on October 20, 2009, Annais M Allen said…: Auckland has changed alot, many more buildings, terrible transport system, but the people are generally still quite friendly. We are much more an international city now with many people from other parts of the world living here, and that's good thing as we are now a lot less monocultural, and consequently reaped many benefits with new languages, culture, contributing to NZ culture. The food here used to be awful, boring, and repetitve, now we have awesome cuisine choices from many Asian countries, Europe, the middle east, and elsewhere - gone are the days of only fish and chips, or a pie or a vegemite and cheese sandwhich for lunch!.
