...writing since I could pick up a pencil...trained actor (thanks, Fred Cooke), artist (thanks, Larry Gluck) and now international published poet, author and novelist (thanks, ME)...public speaker experiences in 17 countries, traveler to 35 countries...reborn to Native State back in 1970 and never been the same since! I create Art to speak of that state - it's here within us - so others feel encouraged to attain it stably.

I've got a song in my heart

I could be anywhere but I'd rather

you make my flowers bloom
you make my mountains sing
you make my rivers flow
you make my spirit glow

Why are you
so skinny?
your dress has
gone from a
maxi to a mini,
and you are
leaving me
so helpless
to be hung
up on the size
of your dress.

Why are you
so skinny?
you eat too
few proteins
you are a bean,
and you are
leaving me
so helpless
to be hung
up on your lean.

Why are you
so skinny?
I feel your
ribs when I
hug you so tight,

up on your plight.

you look like
a reed when
